Realtek HD Audio Drivers can be centrally managed from your Windows Device Manager. To access your Windows Vista or 7 Device Manager, click on the Start button that accesses the Start Menu. Type "device manager" into the Start Search box and press enter. That should initiate the Device Manager where you can access the Realtek HD Audio Drivers program.
